Day of Reckoning

The last day of swim lessons means a trip to the diving board.  Last year, little miss got several opportunities to jump off but both did it on the last day and little man wasn't too thrilled about it.

This year, however, little man was ready and willing to meet his foe yet again.

 

Man was he in a goofy mood today.

Before the big dive, they did a bit of swimming and the played some games.

Little miss jumped off first and my camera wouldn't take the picture.  It went well.

Little man was more confident this year, but still hesitated for a second or two right before his leap.

Still not his favorite thing to do, but it was a big step for him just the same :)  Good job, guys!
