The minions wasted no time and started playing with their cousin Z immediately.
People hung out in the lake.
Fish were caught (and released).
Little man met new friends. No toads this week though - they must have been a family reunion of their own...
A Horse was fed while poo was scooped.
And babies, well one baby, was held.
There was food and sunsets and walks and smiles and a bit of competition at horseshoes and bags. People said "hi" and "see you next time" and for a brief minute or two time decided to stand still so people could take it all in. There are more photos on my Flickr page but here is a sampling from the ones I took. It seemed as though someone always had a camera out at different times so once all the pictures are compiled a complete picture can be had. Until then...
And then, as all things must, it was time for things to come to and end so people can start dreaming about the next great adventure.
Little man was especially smitten by his cousin, H, and was rather distraught last night as he said good bye to everyone before he went to bed. I think H felt the same way.
I wanted to say "Thank You" to everyone that was able to make it out. I know it meant a lot to everyone to be able to get together like that.
Surprisingly, I didn't get a whole lot of knitting done last week. And now I look at the calendar and see that the minions start school in less than a week! Where did the Summer go? I'm working through the minions' Back to School Socks and a few other projects so stay tuned for those and I will post more pics of the week later - I still need to upload the minions' cameras.

I'm loving that 'relaxation-station' you've got going there. HA!
Gorgeous pictures. Looks like an amazing time.
Great shots!! I'm downloading mine now and hope to get some time in the next day or two to edit and post.
I think H is definitely distraught about being so far from her cousins...she's been screaming since we got home. Z keeps asking if we can go play with the "big Thomas track."
What beautiful candid photos! Great job! Memories for years to come.
